Comfortable bed, very good shower, excellent breakfast in a lovely breakfast room. Lovely view of the bay from our bedroom. Free parking was a real bonus.

The steep walk up from the front - a minor detail!

One of the staff ,Danielle was polite and pleasant

No sound proofing what so ever between rooms (plasterboard stud partitions). Could hear everything from other rooms including snoring .
