Friendly welcome. Comfortable room and the most amazing view across Lyme Bay when having breakfast.

We are keen walkers but guests should know that walking into the town Hill Road is steep!

After a warm welcome from Daniel, we enjoyed comfy beds and lovely clean room and bathroom, with good facilities of tea, coffee biscuits in the room. The view was spectacular of Lyme Bay from the room and also the breakfast room. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and good fresh coffee. Daniel and Lisa were excellent hosts. A lovely short walk into the town centre, promenade and beach, with great choices of food all day. Nearby beaches of Charmouth and Seatown offered quieter beaches and good costal path walking to see the fabulous views.

Perhaps a double bed instead of 2 singles joined as the room was not huge. But the bed was very comfy.

"Peaceful B & B with lovely breakfast"

Spotlessly clean, really peaceful location, very comfortable bed, lovely cooked breakfast. Kettle in room with tea / coffee / hot chocolate and biscuits. Decent wardrobe and drawers for clothes. WiFi available. Very nice hosts.

Located up a steep hill which may not be suitable for some, but location is however good for the main street with shops, if you don't mind a little walk.
