Lovely house. Great host who’d thought of everything you might need. Very friendly and we enjoyed chatting to her - and getting local insights. Breakfast provided. Felt like being hosted by family.

The property is part of the owners house, though self contained. It is modern, well equipped with comfortable beds and a fantastic bathroom. The owner gives you space and was in no way intrusive, however provided helpful advice on things to see and places to eat.
If you are walking it is at the top of a very steep hill - though that does provide great views over Oamaru. There are two bedrooms, though we only used one. Unfortunately there is no dedicated kitchen/breakfast space and you eat at a breakfast bar in one of the bedrooms.

Word can not describe wot met us when we walk through the front door two old boys on a weekend away for a car rally frist room you walk past is the bathroom five star all the way from the beautiful freestanding bath to the big shower views across the harbour then the two bedrooms both with great queen size beds not your concrete motel beds Everything is there that you could ever need and sum And now to are host Helen many us so welcome and I will be tell all my friends and family about the experience we had and won’t be staying anywhere else when I go to oamaru

The location was great with an awesome view of the harbour from the bedroom window. Beautiful courtyard to sit and enjoy some downtime. Beautiful bathroom with a wonderful soaker tub. The host Helen was a pleasure to get to know.
