Spotlessly clean. New build. Comfortable rooms. Host made us feel very welcome. She provided generously for breakfasts which we could make in the room.
We didn’t realise it is just a part of a house without a living space. Thats our bad for not being more careful when booking! So we would have liked a dining area for our weekend - but the facilities of 2 bedrooms (with a tea-making space and fridge etc) and a shared bathroom were excellent.

Very quiet location & only a short drive to town. Spacious apartment with large private bathroom. Plenty of little extras & breakfast supplies for a great start to the day.Helen is very friendly & makes you feel very welcome & right at home.Highly recommend & would love to stay again.

Lovely bedrooms, with everything you could want and a lovely courtyard to eat breakfast in the morning
The property is located up quite a large steep hill, it is not a problem, there is parking at the top, but I think it is something for guests to be aware of.

Helen was very friendly and accommodating. Awesome communication and lovely breakfast. Snacks and fresh fruit very much appreciated. Comfy beds :). Amazing views of Oamaru and the sea from 1 bedroom. Would be nice in the summer to use the outdoor facilities.
For our stay, we would have liked to have had a lounge or sitting area. We discussed this with the host and understand not all her guests require this. .and that in the summer the outdoor area is utilised.
