Gli aspetti positivi di questo appartamento erano: la posizione super centrale e comoda per raggiungere la metro e la pulizia generale del locale .

Bisognerebbe cambiare gli infissi, dato che i rumori entrano troppo facilmente ed essendo un appartamento in una via abbastanza trafficata di rumori se ne sentono molti, soprattutto la sera. Il locale in generale andrebbe modernizzato, il bagno è molto datato ma fa quello che deve fare. Abbiamo avuto il terrore delle cimici da letto dopo aver visto le recensioni passate, ma per fortuna non ci hanno fatto visita.

The apartment was in a very good location, in walking distance from all major places to visit.

At first glance, the photos match with what the apartment offers: it is in an old building, near the city center, it has traditional decoration and furniture. But, when you arrive and actually stay there, you are hit with the reality: you can hear everything going on the street and inside the building, very noisy neighbors, especially during the weekend, because it is an old building. We couldn't open the windows blinds during the day or night because the building is very close to the building in front and there were no curtains. The bedroom and the living room were separated by a door made out of OSB panels and the bed creeked every time you laid on it. In terms of facilities, we had the bare minimum. I would say that the greatest inconvenience was that we had to keep our showers to 8 mins because the hot water was heated by a very small boiler. The same was used for heating the water in the kitchen, so after a shower you couldn't wash dishes, as it wasn't any hot water left. Our greatest regret was that we didn't read the reviews of this stay before we booked it and I ended up bitten by bed bugs. We weren't sure whether it was food poisoning or something else, so we waited until we reached back home in Romania to get a medical opinion. The doctor confirmed that it was bed bugs. The reviews from August 2025 reported similar incidents, but the owner answered reassuring that they did a thorough cleaning. Turns out that it wasn't enough. I add here the photos of the bed bugs bites I got from the stay as proof. If you ever visit the beautiful city of Lisbon we strongly recommend that you invest in another apartment that perhaps is further from the city center, but it is clean, well furnished, has all appliances, everything works well and does not have a history with bed bugs.

Nothing- we paid but did not stay.

It smelt bad, they had a recent case of bed bugs.. that was hidden in the reviews and we missed seeing this. There was a druggie passed out by our door and the place would likely mot pass building code.- just not safe.

Salondaki kanepede uyumak zorunda kaldım ve tahtakurularının istilasına uğradım. Ev sahibine bu durumu bildirdik bizden sonra daireyi ilaçlayacağını söyledi.

PUNAISES DE LITS, attention ne pas y aller. Lorsque que le propriétaire a été prévenu il a seulement déposé des draps propres qui on par la suite était infectés. Il y en avait dans le lit et sur le canapé. Nous avons passé trois jours à dormir sur la chaise de la cuisine et une nuit dans une autre hôtel. Aucun remboursement ou geste commercial a été fait par l’hôte alors que j’ai bien demandé.

Location and price. The apartment has the bare essentials (bed, sofa, fridge, stove, running water, toilet, power sockets and WIFI, but don't expect any more). It's a small and old apartment, must a 100 years old, feels like what a modest Lisbon resident would live in. So if you like authenticity rather than a sterile condo, this could.be to your liking.

There wasn't any staff. I had the right instructions to reach it, get in and i had a phone number to call if there were any problems (there were none). Still impersonal. Lisbon can get festive and you definitely feel it on that street. Rowdy clients and tourists down the street late at night. City garbage collection is also close to midnight and what a ruckus they make.
