Free Parking City Centre Apartment 2 Bed Room 2 Bathroom Apartment

The location is excellent, layout great for family with adult children or group of friends and parking is very secure.

Its tired needs updating. Unfortunately there was a problem with the electrics and we had no working sockets, also the en suite toilet was blocked, there was no kettle, there was only 1 key between 4 and we had to hang bedding at the window as no curtain. They were trying to fix electric but didn't and after complaining we were told they would try and move us. But we didn't have time for that at 7pm as had plans. We should have been moved before arrival 😔

Spacious

Communication was poor. Asked to check in early , he said no check in was 3pm- fair enough. At 3.20pm no information on how to check in had to message got a picture of the flat and lock box . Couldnt find lockbox as no information given on location spent an hour and half looking for it. Then had to message and hours later got a code for lock box Carpets were disgusting and sofas were awful with stains , holes in walls , All the fridge and amenities were off . No notes or package telling you any information. Had to walk round and work it all out. electricity turned off and had to find meter to put on emergency credit through the night. No tv or kettle and never got a message back on where to park. Had to get up early to move the car as the free parking place was never communicated. I believe I am due a refund for no parking, no tv no kettle and having to walk round looking for lock box for 1.5 hours

The location was great and the apartment was comfortable.

The TV and WiFi was broke

Unfortunately when we arrived we spoke to the owner and he said that previous people had totally trashed the place.Fair play he sorted it the best they could given short time,however,the two sofa beds were in very poor condition,badly stained,the coffee maker didn't work, blood all over the handle to window, carpet and curtains

It was filthy. No communication with owner, he didn’t send us any info until 5.30pm on the arrival day. Then still no info on parking or how to turn on electricity, then the dishwasher was full of dirty pots. Floor was sticky, no tv on wall, it was put in wardrobe. Dishwasher was broke. Sofa full of stains. Hole in wall. Fridge was stinking. It was that bad we moved the next day and had to pay for another hotel. The apartment was £370 for 2 nights. So wasn’t like it was cheap

Great location. Close to the centre. Nice bathrooms.

There were holes in the walls and the property advertised tv and WiFi. There wasn't either. When you have 2 small children this is a much bigger deal as they get very bored and we hadn't packed anything because we thought there would be TV and WiFi. The worst part was we picked this for the free parking. So we parked our car where we were told. We were there for comicon. Trying to leave in the morning and the gate was broken. We were trapped in the car park. So we were late to comicon. Had to leave our car and had to pay £30 in taxis to get there and back. We also had to leave comicon early to make sure we could get our car as both of us had work later on. They sound like minor inconveniences but actually were quite impactful to the whole experience.

The location was good.

The communication with the property wasn't the best and there was issues with the key. The description of the apartment needs to be updated as there is no TV, no WIFI, no streaming service (like Netflix) no Dining table
