距離市區很近房間很乾淨，家庭客來住也是蠻方便的旁邊也都還有小的超市及7-Eleven的東西晚上不怕沒有東西吃，服務人員聯繫也都很順利，不怕因為語言不通而沒有辦法處理任何事情

"1泊旅には物足りない部分と、もったいない部分があった。"

角部屋に当たり、館内静か。豊平川に近く、朝の散歩ができる。徒歩圏内に24時間1000円のパーキングがある。テレビがある。ガスコンロ、洗濯機、ツインユースに対して大きめの冷蔵庫があり、長期滞在向き。

清潔にしている感じはあるものの、部屋全体のチープさは、２人で1泊1万円という価格には見合わないように思えた。
