About a 12 minute walk to the central area of Sapporo where nightlife and shopping is clustered. It's about 20 minutes from Sapporo train station by foot (there are public transport options but they aren't faster and involve a longish walk anyhow). The apartment is located in a non-descript residential building (the exterior photo makes it look more modern than it is), so there are no staff. The self check-in is easy (pay attention to the instructions; when you enter from street level, the code to open the main door is entered on a small black touchscreen device). The furnishing of the apartment is basic but fine. It's good value for money.

In a studio but a dining table and kitchen... not a pantry like most small apartments

Located near Aeon supermarket so it is easy to buy groceries.

No washlet toilet seat.

Location was not too bad. They had a washing machine, a fridge and a table to sit around.

Comfortable and yet it could do with a few touches that would have pushed it to the next level. For example a shower curtain would be good, and perhaps a suggestion that separate toilet and bathroom would be really practical.
