Self contain apartment on the Barbican 3 bed

As described, excellent location, self check in and out very easy. Left to our own devices to get on with the holiday. Wifi available, fully kitted kitchen and some tea and coffee in the cupboards which we were very grateful for upon arrival. Lounge space with dining table very useful for communing in.

Radiators all electric one in each room, bit old and a few not secured or only partially secured to the walls making us a bit nervous. Water pressure in the top shower was a bit on the low side.

The price, location and the comfortable/cosy feel.

The apartment is on 3 floors and has lots of stairs and would benefit from having stair rails all the way up. It is also a little worn in places and needs some attention (heaters not fixed to the wall properly, bathroom floor coming away). There is no hanging space for clothes. Poor TV reception also.

Location was great, right in the heart of the Barbican. The accommodation had everything we needed

Shower was ok, bit small and just a curtain so not super watertight but perfectly acceptable for the type of building, just being picky.

Great location. Easy access to property.

Lots of stairs-split level rooms Shortage of hanging space/ wardrobes. Daily parking quite expensive.

Only one thing, I think all the mattress needs replacing. Other than that it was great.

Toilet being on top floor was had when bedroom was on second but still worked very well for us and made us fitter

The living room window didn’t open,two of the three bedrooms had flimsy broken blinds which didn’t block out the light, the bed on the 1st floor was not clean, the mattress and full of black mould and when we arrived the entrance door was blocked with three large rubbish bags
