Bir gun öncesinden yorucu bir yolculuktan gelecegimi belirtip erken check in imkanı istemiştim. Bana ellerinden geleni yapacaklarını belirttiler. Saat 13.00'te yani normal check in saatinden sadece 1 saat erken gelmiş olmama ragmen 14'ü beklemek zorunda oldugum söylendi, o yorgunlukla eşyalarımı bırakıp dışarı ciktim 1 saat sonra geldigimde odamın hala hazir olmadığı ve yarım saat daha beklemek zorunda oldugum söylendi. Erken check in isteğim karşılık bulmadığı gibi normal saatten de yarım saat geç giris yapabildim. Bunu telafi etmek icin ertesi gun geç check out hakki verdiler bunu belirtmeliyim.

The room is really what the photo shows, and it is very clean, comfortable and quiet. Cost Performance is also nice, and the location is close to the downtown area. The Hue palace is 2 km from the location, if you have no time for walking on foot, taking the Grab is also convenient. The homestay also offers transportation pickup service ( Da Nang-Hue, or Hoi An - Hue), with bus types or Limounise car types, which is very convient Moreover, the staff are all friendly and helpful. 其中有一位員工員工是會講中文的.

Incredible stay, thank you so much

Great location and super clean nice place to stay.

The host was excellent, very helpful. The guesthouse has style. The location is very central yet quiet, as it sits on a narrow lane off the main road. There's a brilliant gym 200m away, 120K for a day pass, great value. We rented bikes at Hué Smile, very good they were too. We used the cheaper, and heavy single-gear bikes for the Imperial Palace and Thien Mu Pagoda and the mountain bikes to visit the 3 tomb sites - well worth the extra money, very good bikes, trip about 32km in total. CHAN restaurant is outstanding - opens your eyes to the fantastic flavours of Vietnamese cuisine. - it is 200m from the guesthouse.

The room was lovely but small,nowhere to put most of our stuff. Also, the weather was cool and damp while we were there and so the room smelt a bit musty from damp clothes after 2 days (the AC unit only cools, no heat). Maybe this is unfair as it probably doesn't happen too often but that's how it was, unfortunately! I suspect many Hué guesthouses have the same problem in such damp, cool weather..

The staff were so helpful and kind. Helped us book our ticket to Phong Nha.

The room was modern, comfortable, cozy and spotless clean.

The water is very hot, but only for 1 minute, than it is cold. Even if you set it up to a normal temperature it still run out in a minute. Too expensive for what it is.

Welcoming staff. They are very attentive to my needs. Their willingness to ensure satisfaction was top notch.
