Amazing hospitality and cleanliness

Super clean and comfortable place to stay. The staff are super friendly and also offer things to do around Hue if you don't have an itinerary yet. The rooms are also new, the bathroom is amazing! Definitely recommend staying here. The location is good too - it's right off the main street which keeps the traffic noise away.

Clean, modern and spacious. Conveniently located close to the city centre as well!

- It looks like a newly renovated building. I like the overall style of the place. - I borrowed a scooty, which they told me was one of two brand new bikes. It has a weird automatic key system which is a bit annoying… and the dickey latch somehow got stuck. Anh sent his father to come help me fix it. His father was very sweet and actually all I had to do was pry it open lightly with a screwdriver, lol. weird but anyway… good service from the owner’s father. - Location is alright - there are many similar guesthouses along the alley where this is. Note: if you have rolling luggage, the guesthouse is quite far down the alley on an uneven narrow alley with many huge puddles (if it rains) that 4-wheel drive cars don’t go. So it could be difficult depending on your strength/the weather. - The night-time (male) receptionist is sweet. - they have umbrellas for you to borrow if it rains. That is a nice touch I can appreciate.

Ever had the feeling that the staff have a noose around their neck (in terms of pressure to upsell or charge for the most ridiculous things)? One female staff was quite unpleasant, making me feel very uncomfortable multiple times. 1. Before allowing me to settle, she was interrogating me about my plans - pressuring me to use the guesthouse’s services to go to Danang/Hoi An. It is fine to upsell but WOW, let a girl check in, drink some water, and sit down for a minute! So tacky and inconsiderate. 2. The first thing you encounter when steeping into the room is a huge A4 plastic frame noting the cost of every single item that must be paid, if found to be damaged. Lol…it definitely doesn’t make you comfortable when you see the list of items (which would usually have some normal wear and tear eventually) they have thought up. 3. I initially said I would rent the scooty for 2 days, but then it rained all night. Early the next morning, I checked the weather, and it said that there was just a 40% chance of rain til the early morning… but it ended up raining nonstop the whole day, so when I was heading out, around 9:35 am, I handed the keys back to the reception lady - as she repeatedly (4x) the night before said, “if you don’t need, bring key to reception, ok?” (direct quote). But she tried to charge me just because I didn’t give the key back by 8:00 - which among many signs posted all over the place with prices on it, is not listed. Nor did she ever tell me that stipulation. In the end, she finally called her boss and discuss with him/her. They didn’t make me pay, but I could see the lady was pissed. It felt childish and uncomfortable. Also, the room is quite small. There is bad ventilation and I could see water leaking from the window above the bed. Generally well-cleaned but dust on shelves and there was someone else’s pubic hair left on the sink. Better attention could be paid to those details. No handsoap!

Lovely staff, washing and motorbike rental is very cheap, great location, very clean!

Location is great and close to other places. the room condition is clean and also, the building is still brand new. All the staff are so friendly and kind.

Staff can not speak English well. But if people use google translator, you can communicate with them.

Nice, clean and cozy place, near centre, good to commute to local restaurant, and new walking street. Very friendly and supportive staffs, and has supplied transportations for travelling with reasonable price!

A little cold in winter time but other is super good. Definitely recommending the place to everyone.
