Nice Apartment in Las Americas/Costa Adeje 1

Mahtava sijainti ja todella hieno huoneisto. Oma piha mukava, ja suht rauhallinen, vaikka tie kulki vieressä. Kaikki sujui hienosti ja huoneistossa ei ollut puutteita. Saapuessa tarjolla vesi- ja viinipullo. Suosittelen :)

Äänet naapurista kuuluvat aika hyvin. Uima-allas kaukana, pitää kiertää ulkokautta.

Appartamento in posizione ottima per muoversi nella zona turistica di Tenerife. Il parcheggio in zona in qualche modo si trova, anche se può capitare non sia proprio davanti all'ingresso. La casa è ben organizzata, cucina ben fornita, bagno in ordine, bello il giardino col tavolo esterno.

Bien exposé et cozy, belle petite terrasse.

L’isolation phonique entre les appartements n’est pas bonne.

Posizione comoda per la spiaggia, supermercati, stazioni del bus e taxi. Bello e comodo il giardino con 2 lettini. Lavatrice coperta in giardino così si può fare in qualsiasi momento senza disturbare

L unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è stato trovare i cuscini dei lettini sporchi e con la muffa, probabilmente perché vengono tenuti sempre fuori. Consiglierei di prenderne di nuovi e farli trovare al cliente in appartamento e quando necessari li mettono sui lettini

The property location was excellent for beaches and restaurants, but it was relatively quiet at night . The finish and decoration, and appliances were all good. Communication with the owner or owner's agent was very good, particularly when we lost power, which was sorted locally in a matter of minutes. It was really nice to have the garden, although privacy could have been improved with better screening of the garden walls from the road and the adjacent property. All in all a good unit.

Some small issues, the sound insulation was not good between this and the adjacent unit, when the adjacent unit put their kitchen extractor on it was very noisy and smells came into our unit. Privacy could be improved in the garden, especially from the next-door unit and the road, but these are small issues in what was a very good stay.

The hosts were excellent- very quick to respond and accommodated a late check-out. Outdoor space is amazing, great location- walking distance to everywhere! We will defo book again, superb!!
