Nice Apartment in Las Americas/Costa Adeje 1

In an excellent location, with a supermarket at the top of the road and the beach at the other end. Reasonably well equipped kitchen and apartment overall with iron and ironing board along with safe. Check in was easy and communicating with host was easy who was also very helpful. Welcome chocolates and water on arrival was a nice touch. Smart TV in bedroom but no English channels to watch. Next to a main road so traffic throughout day was constant but not too bad, nighttime quiet aside from a few late night revellers walking home or neighbours returning to the complex. Bed comfortable and no issues with it like some past reviews, perhaps it’s new. 12pm check out time also very nice with a later flight as many we’ve had in the past are usually 10am. Towels, shower gel and shampoo provided. Lovely outside space to relax in. Issue of people coming in to the complex past the garden didn’t bother us and wasn’t too regular.

Needs a new kettle as it kept leaking. No big glasses for drinks. Air conditioning in the bedroom didn’t work; would come on really weak for a period before flashing an error code and going off so the bedroom was warm at night - this would be unbearable during the summer. Portable AC unit in the living room did a bit of a job cooling this area down but it gets very warm in here during the day being all glass and in the sun. Shower and bathroom were nice and spacious but there’s a real problem with ventilation; no extractor fan and even with windows open we had plaster coming off the ceiling and walls over time in there. Looks like it’s been patched up too so must be an ongoing problem.

Host, neighbourhood, weather. Everything was so great! It is easy to go anywhere, near center, weather was nice and people also. You have market 1 minute away and clubs. Maybe there were neighbours a little load but anything else was super. I recommend to couples or family.

Kevin, the owner, was very helpful with finding the apartment/getting keys and answering any questions I had. The apartment itself was lovely, in a great location, and very comfortable. The garden was great for relaxing in the evening with some drinks. I was staying alone at the apartment but it can sleep 3 people, 1 double room and a small box room with bed, and this would be superb value for money in this case. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Perfect location close to the beach, shops, bars & restaurants. Very comfortable, cosy apartment that had everything we needed. Excellent communications with our host Kevin who was very accommodating and helpful.

Could be a bit noisy however considering the apartment is close to the nightlife then it was to be expected. This by no way hindered our stay.

Cleaning was avarage, wall painting falling apart, some dirt marks on walls. Bathroom as well very poor mentioned. Wals in this flat are very thin, you hear neighbors even what they speak. No privacy at all.

The location was literally by the sea, restaurants, bars etc. Parking wasn't ideal, but it was okay; we could always find a spot nearby. The garden was amazing we loved it! The owners were also super nice. Overall I would say it was a very nice stay, I would go again.

A couple of things I disliked: 1) smell in the bathroom - a bit like mold, not bad but wasn't pleasant (otherwise very clean), 2) the bed was 140 cm wide - a bit uncomfortable for 2 people, 3) the neighbors smoked marihuana and played loud music all the time - but I guess they weren't the owners so it was probably only 1-time thing.
