The water for showers were a big problem but it’s okay

Everything was great and this my second time going and I highly recommend anyone to stay there very peaceful

There is no breakfast there they keep the lobby doors locked in the family lives in the downstairs floor I was staying in my room I was running the water for a tub all of a sudden it was a bang on the door my tub was leaking into the room below me so I had to shut off the tub I never got a shower no one ever came to offer me in the room and when I mentioned it the morning she said it was my fault even though my tub wasn't working I still use the room all night I will never stay in this hotel again and you need to tell these people from India that this is America customer service means if you promise something and it's paid for and you can't deliver it doesn't matter whose fault it is it's your responsibility to take care of your customers I feel good and if I can't enough I thought I would never stay there again I might have filed charges against her the manager I can't tell you her name anyone has a difficulty communicating with her because her English is bad and her accent is strong terrible terrible which hotel I've stayed in my life
