Executive Inn & Suites

Instead of giving me the room which was assigned, the clerk used his master key to open the adjoining room. He then proceeded to do a full walk thru of the room with the door closed behind him as I stood outside then asked me to enter. No key available for this adjoining room. When I told him that I didn't feel comfortable, he then told me he could swap the room for another. My instincts told me that was not a safe place for me to be. I got out of there as fast as I could. I've never been to a hotel where a staff member does a closed-door walk thru of the room and doesn't even give you a key to the room.

Feeling not secure

They couldnt help it, but their was road construction nearby. It was only in the morning, and not too terrible

Nothing

First of all, the kick plate on the outside of the door was damaged and bent outward. A hazard. The room was dirty and smelled. The curtain wouldn’t close all the way. I didn’t feel safe there.
