1-Bed Studio with Parking Ideal for Couples

Everything. Cozy little place had everything you could want and need. Nice and clean and tucked away. I’d definitely stay here again.

Lovely and cozy

Accommodation was fine but this time the owners were in the property and we felt as though we did not have the privacy as we had previously. We felt as though we were being watched on camera as there was what seemed to be a room with 3 security monitors displayed.

What a brilliant little find! 10 minute drive the the airport which made it an easy choice to stay here! The facilities were lovely! So much so I took photos for my bathroom inspiration! Small but didn’t feel to small at all! Perfect for the 2 of us!

Modern and spacious, coffee machine and biscuits, nice shower, bed was fine comfort wise, washing up things provided, nice big TV and heating was sufficient with electric radiator on as well once all was working.

No heating and hot water on arrival, took 3 hours to get a response from someone and the answer was turn the boiler on and off which 1. Wouldn't of fixed it and 2.There was no offer to come and resolve the issue themselves 3. We only got working because I am a heating engineer otherwise wouldn't have had hot water! And still after informing the owners that I fixed it and they need an engineer to fix the leak which caused the problem have not contacted me back to even say thanks or offer a discount! Furniture in the living area very grubby with marks all over it. Also bathroom light turning itself off whilst using the bathroom if you don't keep moving enough.

Full oven and dishwasher. Good size TV and bathroom was lovely too.

Bed was quite uncomfortable and was sloped toward the rear wall with leg end elevated slightly

Loc was very convenient, quite and secure. My motorbike was hidden out of site from main road, with security camera, overwatch. The accm was very clean, bedding was nice and clean. All you need is there. Shower was spot on. The Fawdon Indian Takeaway food was very nice. Good food, good prices. Also the local convenience store, sold everything we needed, and more. Bit like the corner shop.

Whilst the bed was very big, there is a dip towards the middle. It pulls both of you towards the middle of the bed. Whilst the accommodation is secure, at night when the doors a locked, there is now small window to open for ventilation, making the room stuffy, during the night.

Property was Nice and Clean. Would go again everything was perfect

The accommodation had everything we needed. Towels and all bathroom necessities provided. Kitchen had dishes, tea towel, washing liquid etc all provided, also water, milk, tea, coffee etc available. We also got a takeaway from the local tandoori which was a 5 minute walk away, very friendly staff and excellent food. Local shops also only a 5 minute walk from accommodation. Excellent stay, would definitely come back again.
