La ubicación es inmejorable, la playa a dos pasos, al lado de la plaza triangular y el centro de Benidorm, supermercado enfrente. El piso con cómodas camas, cocina grande y bien equipada, aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y plaza de aparcamiento.

Algo a mejorar sería, poner una pequeña barra o percha para toalla en el aseo, también tener mas perchas en los armarios para colgar ropa y las persianas tienen las cuerdas y el mecanismo de elevacion muy deteriorado y cuesta mucho levantarlas.
