Ilice 3-C Apartment Levante Beach

Great location

After collecting the keys it was a 20 minute walk to the apartment while carrying luggage. It was a little noisy on the pavement below in the early hours of the morning mainly with deliveries to the local shops but we appreciate that can’t be helped due to the location which suited us so could overlook that.

Great location,clean, very spacious.

Towel quality not great, no basic supplies provided but that would have been a nice touch, tea coffee etc. beds not that comfy but adequate.

The location was spot on,easy access to everything you need from benidorm square to the old town and levante beach,the apartment its self was easy to get into and navigate to the room,and everything inside the apartment was well equipped for anyone looking for a self catering holiday and being comfy

There wasn't really any negatives about the property,the only snag was the collection of the keys was quite far away from the property,but the staff at the key collection point quickly pointed out that we could drop one set off with them a day before departure and leave one set in the apartment for them to collect,which saved us going back to them on the day we left,all in all we was very happy and wouldn't hesitate to return and recommend to family and friends

At first it seemed to be okay and pretty clean

I found cockroaches in the bathroom and in my friends shoes and also two of my friends were practically eating alive by bedbugs

Location. Central for shopping and only one street back from the fantastic Benidorm beach. Clean. Both Apartment and building Size ample room for a family spacious lounge hall kitchen and bedrooms. Additional toilet is a real plus point. All in all a great apartment.

We had to buy a chopping board and washing up bowl. The shutters were difficult to raise and lower. So black out curtains would have helped to cut out light when sleeping.

Spacious apartment. 2 adults and 2 children. Very comfortable and clean Great location for us. Near beach, supermarket and bus stop.

Only gave us 1 key for the apartment which was so inconvenient. A highchair and travel cot would have been great if supplied as would have saved bringing our own. The door locking mechanism is a bit annoying. It was so easy for my toddler to open the door as its just a push button and the door automatically opens. All this aside I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and spacious

Nothing. Worst I’ve stayed in in Benidorm

The keyless entry was a nightmare. Would never open the door. Every single time we struggled to get in. The shower heads was useless couldn’t stand and have a decent shower. Bedding wasn’t the cleanest.
