"Terrible nights sleep, wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!"

Room was clean and functional

The noise from the room above where someone was clearing arranging multiple “hook ups” with partners which meant continual noise throughout the night from the room and the staircase/front door. The front bedroom is also very near the road and buses go past from 5am to midnight, so it’s very noisy.

"Lovely little guest house. Just a ten minute walk to the centre of Brighton."

Great little guest house. Lovely bright airy room. Lots of space for luggage and a small fridge was an added bonus.

There were a few cobwebs which is why I selected 9 /10.
