Excellent rapport qualité prix, propre et confortable (même si les lits sont petits pour deux personnes) dans un immeuble sécurisé. Bon emplacement

Nous avons récupéré l’appartement avec presque 1h de retard (selon les informations que nous avons c’est à cause des locataires précédents qui ont quitté l’appartement plus tard que prévu ce qui a retardé le ménage). Isolation sonore moyenne, nous entendions tous les bruits venant de l’extérieur (même si j’ai l’impression que c’est le cas de beaucoup de logements en équateur).

Great central location close to all the main spots. The room provided excellent value, featuring a good bed, quality TV, and fast Wi-Fi. The inclusion of a kitchenette (fridge/stove/sink) was a welcome addition that adds a lot of utility to the stay. You really can't beat this price for what's included

Room 01, The 2nd bed which is a sofa bed was not functional. It needs to be tossed out and replaced. Even the lady that checked us in could not get it to open. My friend and I ended up sleeping in the same bed.
