"Confortable mais manque d’équipement pour la cuisine"

L’emplacement de l’appartement est parfait, à quelques minutes du terminal de bus et des points d’intérêt. L’appartement est spacieux et les lits sont confortables. Le personnel est accueillant.

C’est dommage de mettre à disposition une si grande cuisine avec si peu de matériel pour cuisiner. Les tailles de la poêle et de la casserole ne sont pas adaptés pour faire la cuisine pour 3 personnes. Cependant le monsieur qui s’occupe de l’appartement nous a prêté une poêle plus grande.

Clean, spacious, full kitchen, staff, location

No hot water in the shower. Just tepid, somewhat warm. Internet went out twice on two very important zoom meetings right in the beginning, and I missed both meetings. Very bad.

Manque d'ustensiles de cuisine. Pas de cafetière. Pas de casserole,pas de poêle. Four inopérant. Appartement assez sombre.

"Nice stay in Otavalo"

Comfortable beds, good location, spacious enough apartment. Nice towels.

The kitchen was very minimally equipped, not so convenient for cooking. The only sharp knife is so dull it barely cuts, the frying pan so old everything sticks.

La Srta Adriana es muy atenta, amable... siempre presta a servir, muy educada también ❤️

Solamente faltaban utensilios básicos que deben haber SIEMPRE en una cocina que cuenta con esa área.
