Great value, helpful staff.

Parking options weren't super convenient. Staff was helpful in arranging though!

Clean, big, well equipped kitchen, balcony provided view for mountains and mercado, very nice host.

Shower head. Several people mentioned it, wondering why not fix it. Upon arrival, we realized the cause of the problem. It is not an easy fix. Wish it can be fixed.

Well located, good price.

It was not as the pictures looked, and there was not much light, place had a weird smell (dampness maybe) and the amenities (towels, etc) were very limited. Plates and kitchen utensils had been washed right before we arrived but were not washed thoroughly so we had to wash everything before using.

Lacking kitchen pieces, minimal seating in lounge. Beds small.

This was without a doubt the best value accommodation in the last 15 months back packing. I loved everything about it. So clean, big, and incredible staff right in the centre of Otavalo next to an incredible bakery where I had fresh bread daily. If I return to Otavalo i will stay there again for sure! I cannot upload videos but the pictures reflect the flat perfectly.

The shower should be tilted to get a better flow but it’s good enough. Communication was poor online but that’s because I believe the owners are in Spain. However, the staff here are 5 star ⭐. The address is Cálle Atahualpa y Juan Montalvo casa número 759 take a note of this as I would never have found it especially as I speak very little Spanish; if my cousin was not with me.

It's spacious. Good location Bed is comfortable

There were no cleaning products left, not even dish washing liquid and glassware and dishes were gross, covered in some kind of pulp. A dust pan and brush or something would also be useful. Kitchen is sparse! One spoon, two forks, two knives, two small bowls, two plates, one saucepan, and one small frypan, one cutting knife. Not even a prep bowl or even a chopping board. Definitely more a hotel room than an apartment. The shower was awful. Only about half of the little water holes work and they spray all over different directions so you need to dance around the shower trying to get wet. Also means the water goes over the screen and soaks everything.

Very comfortable apartment with a huge kitchen and fridge. It was very clean and the location is very good. We were able to check in earlier, which was really nice and the communication was perfect. I can highly recommend the apartments!
