we didnt expect much and it has everything as mentioned in the site.

the customer service is fast to respond until we were able to get it the room. After that, they have no response. not even read the message. we went there in early December where the temperature is only one digit. Suddenly one day during our visit, the hot water is not working. we tried to contact the host/customer service, no respond at all. The check-in time is 11.00 and the check-out time is 16.00. we were trying to contact them for late check-out the day before. same no respond... the host is not that helpful. since there is a construction between the hotel and the train station, the distance is not listed as sited. you have to detour. the host havent provided any details on this. they provide only the copypaste information of how to get the keys.

La ubicación. El apartamento tiene una excelente ubicación frente a la estación de Atocha cerca a restaurantes y bodegas.

Respecto al apartamento, todo bien. Solo que, por la construcción de la nueva línea del metro, han cerrado algunas calles. Nada grave; se entiende, ya que es parte de las mejoras en Madrid.

Tener la habitación de los niños lejos, el aire acondicionado, la situación, está bastante bien equipado y no echamos de menos casi nada, tal vez una Smart Tv

Un foco del salón parpadea que te pone de los nervios, los colchones son mejorables, se echaba de menos algún que otro enchufe, algún cajón se me podría haber quedado en la mano y la puerta de corredera del baño te hace pensar que sobra... Parecen muchas pegas, pequeñeces pero el piso cumple muy bien.

A la porta del bany li caldria una maneta i el microones el teníem que baixar al marbre ja que no té endoll al costat.

洗濯物を室内で干す道具があって助かった。 アトーチャ駅のエレベーターから近く移動が便利。食器洗い用洗剤と食器拭きタオルがあって助かった。

アパートメントに入るときのドアノブが最初クルクル空回転して開かなくて焦ったが、何度かやっているうちに開けられた。コツがいる。 トイレのドアが閉まらない。エアコンはリビングにしかないので寝室は暑い。

Buena ubicación y estuvieron pendientes antes del hospedaje

Solo había un minisplit en el departamento y no era suficiente para enfriar las recamaras, la puerta del baño no corría bien.

Extremely close to art museums

Bedding: Fitted sheet TOO SMALL for bed, problematic at night as sheets doesn't stay on mattress. Kitchen not well equipped: Pots VERY SMALL, couldn't even cook pasta for 4 persons. No extra bowls for salad etc.

The apartment was clean and well-kept, with a nice layout and decent amenities. If the host addresses the bedding and fixes the shower doors, this could be a much better experience for future guests.

The mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable, which made it difficult to rest properly. Additionally, the shower doors didn’t close all the way, so every shower left water all over the bathroom floor—we had to use a mop each time, which was frustrating.

Location is good and near the train station

The property was perfect for our needs. Location was only hindered a bit by construction (which we understand could not be controlled). The only dislike was the door for the toilet/shower room. It didn’t slide easily, and was made more difficult without some way to slide it.
