"comfortable, clean and definitely worth the money that I paid for"

The location was good and the staff really looked after me and were really hospitable. The location is also one of the cleanest location that I have ever stayed at. Stella welcome by the staff and enhances your stay as a guest. Its also not too far from the town center which is good.

That it is a minor walk from the actual road, however still easily accessible.

10/10 as always. Ali is an excellent host. Very polite, sincere, genuine, and helpful too. You can tell he really takes pride in hosting the rooms which is reassuring. Prompt check in/out instructions. 10 minute walk to Crawley station. Easy to find. House is always in excellent condition. Endless options on food apps. Rooms are comfortable. I've always had a great sleep. Quiet and safe location. Cleaner (sorry forgot his name) is also friendly guy and maintains the house to the highest standard. It smells nice, clean, warm & comfortable. Luggage stand is helpful for those travelling with a few bits.

As always Ali, is a fantastic host. Very friendly, polite and helpful House is always clean and maintained to an excellent standard. Safe, secure, value for money and in a good location as well. I have stayed several times and always a very positive experience. The rooms are spacious and house is always warm.

"The first room could not lock, the second room the mattress is old an needs renewing"
