The location was nice.

There was no heat and no hot water. All the fire alarms had been disabled, disconnected, and were beeping. We could not get a hold of anyone to help us with any of the problems. But since we got in so late (at 2am) we were so exhausted and just went to bed, thinking that everything would be resolved the next day. We finally got a hold of someone in the morning and were told that the gas company had shut the gas off awhile ago because of a gas leak and there would be no hot water or heat for the duration of our stay (3 days). The temperature inside the bungalow was 50F/10C. We asked to check out right away on that very day and asked for a refund for the rest of the reservation. We have received no replies and, as of writing this, no refund. Booking.com told us they could only recommend the owners refund our money. The reservation cost nearly $1000 USD. The folks we spoke with over the phone sound like they're working at a call center and not local. Nothing wrong with call centers, but when a place is being rented out with no heat, no hot water, and no working fire alarms, having no local staff is a problem. The place should be allowed occupancy without those three things in working order. We feel absolutely scammed and will dispute this until we get our money back.

Beautiful rooms, great view!

The bed was hard as a rock. I ended up sleeping on the couch. The TV wouldn't work, couldn't get any channels. The cherry on the top was when.i went to make breakfast. I had the coffee pot and microwave going at the same time, big mistake the power went out. I couldn't even take a shower before I left.

This location did not have staff on site but the communication was responsive. Room was clean and remodeled. Bed was comfortable.
