"I’d recommend this place to others"

Clean facilities with a nice tv, coffee maker and electric fireplace.

Mattress was too soft for my taste and checkin was difficult, program didn’t work correctly and it was hard to get a person to assist.

This was a great find very comfortable for our quick visit! We loved downtown Petoskey! The HiFi vinyl bar was our favorite the first night in town!

No one onsite. We had issues getting into our room and we had to call a number. They helped us quickly but I would have liked a person in the office.

"The Truth about The Bay Inn"

Quaint nice room. Remodeling is cozy. Nice beds, bathroom, and wall mounted smart tv. Convenient location.

The room had no thermostat, and the heat can only be controlled by staff. It was a sauna in our room. We had to routinely open the door throughout the night to cool the room off (during Winter). When I brought the issue up with management, they didn't care. Don't be suckered into staying here. It was miserable.
