It was a very short stay, but the place was super conveniently located next to Bologna Centrale and the host very friendly. Check in was very smooth too as the communication with the host was great. I highly recommend the place, it’s very good value for money.

Habitacions espaioses i amb suficient espai d'emmagatzematge (armaris). Neteja correcta. Zona tranquila. Prop de l'estació de trens, el que el fa molt adequat si heu d''utilitzar aquest medi de transport. L'amfitriona molt amable, i a mes ens va permetre deixar l'equipatge unes hores abans de l'hora d'entrada

Very clean and comfortable, you have all the services you need next to you, like bus stops and train station, supermarkets. The host is very helpful in all the ways and made our stay much easier.

In einem Notfall müsste man das komplizierte Schutzgitter ohne Schlüssel öffnen können!

A very convenient property for the station - we arrived by train with heavy bags and were delighted to be able to drop these off before exploring. The property is well appointed and the host was delightful - very kind and welcoming and with excellent recommendations for exploring and eating in Bologna.

The property is a reasonable walk into the centre of Bologna. You can see this on the map so it's not a surprise, but one to factor in. This suited us as we could leave our heavy bags near the station, but do be aware.

The host was personally present to hand keys and explained the functions of facilities.

The electricity tripped easily.
