L appartement est très propre et bien situé. A 15 min à pied de la gare de La Spezia et des bus pour Porto Venere. La piece de vie n est pas très grande mais suffisante pour les repas. Alla est très serviable et donne de bons conseils de visite.
L endroit est un peu bruyant. Nous entendons la tv des voisins le soir et le quartier est vivant.

Alla was super helpful, helped us to book a taxi to the station for an early departure. The accommodation was great, close to the bus stop, laundry downstairs. Alla even arranged a drying rack for our clothes. Everything we needed, coffee for the percolator. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Nice appartment in a pleasant, peaceful neighbourhood. It is very convenient if you arrive to La Spezia by car, the parking is free and we found it quite easily. However, it was winter time. There is a 15 minutes walk to the main train station and about 25 minutes to the town centre. Kitchen is well equipped, good for self catering. Beds were comfortable. The owner is very nice and helpful.
There was nothing we didn’t like, the appartment served well our needs.
