Decò & Retrò apartment

The host was very communicative and friendly. She explained everything clearly and gave advice about what to see and do in the area. We had an early departure and she was very flexible about key arrangements.

Beautiful apartment with a parking space, a nice balcony and air conditioning. Very clean and spacious. Really hospitable owner. Great location to walk to the train station and visit Cinqueterre. Also there is a bus stop about 20 meters away, if you need to go to the harbour.

No washing machine but there's a laundromat just around the corner.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. The location is a bit removed from the busy tourist area, but a pleasant walk there and a very short walk to a decent grocery store. The apartment had everything needed for a very enjoyable stay.

We felt that Alla, our hostess, did everything to make us feel at home, and to become familiar with La Spezia. She even reserved our first night's meal and walked us there. Alla provided ample maps and articles to inform us about the area, as well as spending time describing where to go. The accommodation had a splendid location, both for the views from the balcony and because the buses, the restaurants, the supermarket were all close. The kitchen was well equipped for home cooking when we wanted that.

WE had a problem interpreting the directions on how to find the property when we first arrived at La Spezia. This was because we came out of the station by a back way where there no taxis, and the taxi firms did not answer the phone. Had we come out of the large station by the proper exit, we found later, there would almost certainly have been taxis available. It would also have helped, as a back up, had we known the number and location of the bus to the flat

Its not just clean, it's Monika's clean (from Friends) 😍 . Even the forks and glasses without a drop 👌 Very nice lady, helped with maps and shop. Apartment is big, everything that you need is there. Mountain view. Recommend for sure

Could be a better district

the hosts were super nice , house was pretty clean , cute and beautiful. it has a balcony with an astonishing view outside.
