Great place & had everything you needed with the little extras....breakfast in the fridge & bread available for toast. Bed very comfy & situated in a very quiet location...so had a fabulous sleep. Thank you 😊

Lovely quiet location. I was expecting just a room but the property was like a small flat, it had its own shower room, toilet and dining area. It was very quiet and very comfortable. The host was friendly and very helpful.

"A very good property for a short stay in east hoathly area"

Quiet location set in beautiful part of East Sussex. Very homely self catering accommodation. Very clean B&B overlooking a beautiful back garden. The hostess is very friendly and helpful.

Getting to the accommodation is along a narrow path to the property’s parking area. The continental breakfast was only bread and cereal. There were no fruits except for the first night.
