"Best night away in Yarm, host was great 10/10 experience."

The cosyness of the place is unmatched, won’t find a better night away in Yarm.

The gate needed adjusting to close properly, a minor issue but other than that the place was perfect.

Everything about this property was fabulous. The decor is beautifully done, with quirky little touches. The bed was very comfortable, and the bath was amazing. The property is in a very nice location within easy walking distance to all of the lovely shops and restaurants in Yarm.

This property is beautiful. Every little detail thought about and exceptionally clean. The bed was super comfortable, great pillows and lovely duvet. The little chocolates were a cute touch too. Didn’t want to leave.

The house was lovely and the hosts had put balloons and banners up for my partners 40th that I had sent in the post and it looked lovely. I was very impressed.

Bed sheets were very creased and had not been ironed. Only a minor thing.

Beautifully presented and styled, comfortable and clean. The location really couldn’t be better and the property has everything needed for a short stay.

I don’t think the property could be improved, it is pretty much perfect.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The interior was beautifully done.. and the little details/touches I loved, and how I kept finding more throughout the property as our stay went on.

Location was superb.. décor amazing.. just everything about this property was outstanding.
