Riverside Mews - Yarm High Street

Very charming place with windows that opened for fresh air, views over the river, very easy walking to the shops and restaurants. The space was beautifully appointed - like a resort with charm.

My only regret was that i could not extend the stay at Riverside Mews by a night since I was staying on in the area for another day. But such a charming place was already let to someone else.

I really enjoyed the location. It was an easy walk to anything I needed, and the people of Yarm are just fantastic. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. For the most part, the decor was adorable and very welcoming (minus this Mickey figurine which was kind of scary at night)

For the price, I expected a little bit more. However, that is my expectations and nothing something the host could have even prepared for. I did wish there were more towels, even if it was just me, as the towels did not dry as quickly as I expected them too. There is some street noise that you can hear from the upstairs that made mid day sleeping more of a challenge, however I would book this property again without hesitation.

Such a beautiful, original little property. The location was fantastic for walking into town, the facilities were perfect and the property itself was beautifully and carefully decorated. We will definitely book again when we get the chance.
