Friendly staffs REALLY FAST internet

- Building is dated; many facilities feel worn and poorly maintained. - Room condition diverges from photos: cracked walls, and air‑con needs ~5 minutes before cooling. - Amenities are extremely basic; lacks expected essentials for comfort. - Third‑floor public facilities unusable: no running water, toilet door doesn’t close properly, and no drinking‑water dispenser. - Toilets are dirty and unpleasant to use; hygiene standards appear neglected. - Overall experience feels below advertised standard and price point. - Would not recommend

"The room condition is not as advertised."

The bed is clean but the pillow is one, soggy, backache the next morning

The bathroom is far away, you have to leave the room, there are no slippers provided, there is no prayer mat and Qibla direction (not friendly to Muslim customers), there is no TV, there is no wifi, there is no elevator to go up to the 3rd floor, there is noise from cats or mice on the ceiling
