The manager is old. Man is too much rude. I regret to booking this hotel. No lift have to carry ur luggage on top. Floor ohhh so much difficult

Room clean, comfy, lots of pillow, clean bathroom, easy access, near to shop/mamak/mainroad

Too noisy due to the location infront of mainroad

Its so noisy as its very near from main road..the toilet is dirty and all the place has a strange smell

The staff called to confirm my booking as it was already close to 10 pm and my father and I had not yet arrived (I wasn't aware of the last check-in time). Despite the delay, he kindly allowed me to check in past the usual time. My father and I got lost and had to take a long detour to reach the hotel. The staff was very considerate, helpful, and friendly. Excellent service! The hotel is also considered affordable and clean with good facilities. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for guests.

The rooms were located on the third floor, which may not be practical for elderly guests. Fortunately, my father is still strong enough to use the stairs. For improvement, I would recommend adding a Qibla direction marker to make it easier for Muslims guests to determine the prayer direction. The water pressure in the bathroom was slightly low, and while an ironing board was provided, there was no iron available. Additionally, there was no mirror in the room, which would have been useful.
