The New Inn

The room I stayed in was lovely and had some really nice touched like complimentary homemade cookies! The staff were friendly, helpful and ready to spring into action whenever you required anything. Having eaten here before I was really looking forward to dinner and it was exceptional, the monkfish dish was outstanding! Would highly recommend this place to all who love a well appointed room and exceptional food and service! Thanks to all at The New Inn!!

Beautiful bedroom

Nothing, potentially noisy as on road but in fact not severe

The property was very clean. The room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was easy to operate (scoldings!). The garden was well laid out with paths and Yew hedges. The were plenty of tables and chairs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent.

The toilet was too low and small. The wash basin was big but shallow. It required “cleaning” after having a shave and cleaning teeth.

Comfortable rooms, impeccable service and country charm. Jess was a fantastic welcoming host who was more than happy to help.

Lovely location. Nice size rooms. Clean. Food was delicious.

Would prefer a bigger bed.
