The air conditioning. The extra pillows. The comfortable bed. The area was perfect right in the middle of town. I would definitely book again. Netflix was already logged in. The TV wa solid enough.

Beautifull interior design was amazing, beautiful bathrooms loads of space, attention to detail. Had everything you could need from the kitchen teas and coffee to the bathrooms showers

It’s in town alittle loud, we had some noisy neighbours and some kids downstairs in the corridor at stupid times. Also apartment was alittle dusty. It was clean but very dusty

Noisy as very close to the city center. I could hear the music coming from a nearby club during the night.

Location was perfect as we was helping our son move into his accommodation at De Montfort university and the flat was gorgeous I will definitely be booking it again when I next come to visit my son.

Only thing was people pressing the buzzer and banging on the downstairs door at 3am in the morning but that’s not down to the host that’s just idiots on the street.

Parking is about five minute walk, and carrying bags from car to location was hectic ,nearby car parks full during day

The communication with the owner. The cleanliness of the apartment, the sizes of the room. The facilities in the apartment. The decor and the interior design was marvellous.

The lighting at the entrance hall of the building was dim and doesn’t showcase the lovely staircase and entrance hall set up.

Everything was perfect in terms of the facilities in the property, it was clean all round.

Too much noise from outside, property needs insulation from the amount of noise.
