The property itself was clean and comfortable. Had a good nights sleep, the bed was comfortable.

The kerbside appeal and entrance was poor. The number of the property was written with a marker pen on the letter box and the entrance had an unpleasant smell.

We didn’t stay there, did not receive check in details, internet wasn’t working and host didn’t respond to our calls. Had to pay to stay somewhere else.

Excellent location very near Centre. Handy for the cathedral and eating out. Plenty of space and very clean. Beds comfortable.

The "kitchenette" is a microwave and sink. No cooking utensils, not even a bowl to go in microwave. So we had to go out for breakfast. This was very annoying. We'd brought coffee but no cafetiere to make the coffee. If we'd been staying for more than one night, would have been very expensive to have to eat out.i think the description should make the lack of facilities clear. And please have a WiFi code handy: we had to message 3 times to get it.

In a good location very nice apartment well kitted out.

Very difficult to contact host and for a while I didn't think I would be able to gain access. Had to contact booking. Com for assistance.

Interior design with old wooden floors and wood beams.

Access difficult with winding steep stairs - difficult for a blind or elderly person. Front door lock low down; impossible to use with kneeling. No wifi information shown in apartment. Toilet pedestal not attached to floor. Poor double glazing on main road side to reduce heavy traffic noise. No washing up brush. No shampoo. Shower very slow to drain. Downstairs passage light impossible to extinguish.

We were moved into 131 because 127 was double booked. I liked the wooden stairs although very steep!

Small area for eating. No sitting area. Toilet next to kitchen.
