We liked the friendliness and communicativeness of the owner. He tried to address all our needs immediately. He agreed to shorten our stay by one day free of charge due to a change in our plans - we arrived one day later and although we were supposed to pay for it, the owner reduced the payment accordingly. He also kindly communicated with us via Viber, arranged the cleaning of the room and provided a bottle opener, which was not there until then. From this point of view, the stay was pleasant and uncomplicated. We are very grateful for that!

The biggest problem with accommodation is its layout. The location is good - the apartment is in the historic center of the city, relatively close to everything you need. But it also has significant shortcomings. It has no window from which there is any view. The two small windows (one in the room and the other in the toilet) are high, with no view and can only be used to ventilate the toilet. The window in the room is unavailable for opening and ventilation. Another window in the room overlooks an enclosed space in the building (the atrium) where the elevator and waste receptacles are located. So ventilation and fresh air are problematic, leading to high humidity in the room. The moisture is probably behind the wall paneling, but it can also be seen on the walls and especially on the ceiling. This can be a serious problem, especially for people with respiratory and allergic diseases. People who sleep badly are disturbed by sounds from nearby apartments, the sidewalk and the elevator. You can't sleep very well here. Therefore, we recommend this accommodation only for undemanding travelers. But the owner is very diligent, solves problems and has a great effort to keep the accommodation clean!

Convenient location to the historical centre of Salerno. The apartment was pleasant with lots of facilities.

Great location, right in the city centre, in the old town, within walking distance from the sea, the train station, the Corso Vittorio Emanuele and the Salerno Duomo. The bed was very confortable. Nice host, easy instructions to get there and how to enter the place. He left a small gift inside for us and some sweets.

The studio was very small, the bathroom likewise. The air conditioning doesn't seem to have a heating mode, but it was ok inside. I don't know how it is when it's colder (there were like 12° Celsius outside during our visit, at the beginning of December). The floor is made of stone and it's quite cold. There were no carpets or at least slippers for the guests. The door of the studio doesn't seem that safe and also it's not soundproof.

We had an excellent stay! Room is clean, exactly as described, and bed was very comfortable. Check in and out is easy and we had great communication with the host, who was very accomodating. Thank you for the great stay, we would happily stay again!

11/10 for hospitality and friendliness and the room was beautiful, clean and smelled lovely. Would recommend!
