"It was fine for one night in nice area very quiet handy to the shops and railway station."

The location was perfect for are needs as we were attending an event at the NEC in Birmingham. Breakfast was fine exactly what we wanted, the room was large although a little bit cold. the establishment met all our requirements and the hosts were very nice.

The bedroom could have been warmer and there was no en-suite.

Great friendly hosts, nice location 4 min of walk away from the railway station, convenient bed, comfortable bathroom. Very tasty English breakfast! Feels like home.

Breakfast was good, dining room clean and well laid out. Location for travelling into Birmingham was excellent and easy.

The room decor and furniture was outdated but all clean and functional.
