John and Kim were amazing hosts! They were incredibly friendly and the breakfast was excellent. I had the room with the shared bathroom and the shower was incredible. The room had a sink in which was handy and the room itself was very large. The breakfast room had a gorgeous view of the garden. The parking was very convenient and off the main road. I would definitely stay there again. I stayed there to go to a wedding at Fentham Hall which was a short walk away. The little village shops and local pub were handy too.

Run by a lovely and accommodating couple, they made sure I was comfortable and helped gave me directions and details of the local area. Would happily stay again.

This is a pleasant, well presented and clean b&b that was comfortable and more than satisfactory. Kim, the co owner was friendly and welcoming and made an excellent breakfast. I would thoroughly recommend this delightful b&b to everyone.

Not my first visit to the property. I returned because it was so worthwhile. I recommend it for lone travellers as the hosts are very friendly, so no opportunity to feel lonely unless you choose to be.

DVDs available - must remember to bring my own next time. Great that they provide some films though.

Execellent location in a lovely quiet residential area, but only 2 minutes walk from a direct railway line into Birmingham International airport (and the NEC) and / or Birmingham New Street station (only 15 minutes by train) if you want to go into the center of town. Lovely hosts, John and Kim made me feel very much at home and provided an excellent breakfast and lots of handy tips re navigating around the Birmingham area etc. Thoughly recommend for anyone who wants a bit of peace and tranquility after a long day at conferences.
