The location, comfort and atmosphere

This is a very minor thing but we could hear the bass from the music being played in the bar, even though the music was not loud.

Welcoming, warm, friendly staff. Traditional country pub ambience. The rooms had everything needed. They were luxurious and spacious. Food choice and quality was amazing. Will definitely visit again.

I could not fault it at all.

Good breakfast

At close on £200 this was equivalent to a four star hotel but not for a rural pub with limited facilities The bathroom heating was totally inadequate
