location was quite during the night time

everything about the hotel. Unclean, unmanaged, The shower was broken, dead cockroach, dustbin was not emptied before, towels were dirty, there were cigarette butts lying in washroom,

I stayed here for one night . Location is good to stay in Wakad as I had a business meeting and I was really surprised to see the hospitality provided in the amount I paid. Staff is co operative and really nice . Overall good stay for budget travellers.

Accommodation and hospitality is good in terms of room space, cleanliness, quality of things used. Staff are well disciplined, only necessary talks been accepted. Food wise no comments every hotel has got different tastes in serving (high level-hygiene) and of course no comments on location spot because of the city view. Price may look higher, but it is again meant for luxury what we experience over there. I would prefer such a stay point and also recommend this place to my friends.

Cleanliness, not good. Fan were not cleaned properly, Dust is covered on its wings. Bed spread & Pillow covers not cleaned properly, Extra bed provided after longtime waiting, Cockroach were found in room. TV was not operative, not provided remote
