Free Wi-Fi, location near to small eateries and Global punjab a decent restaurant in 700 meters walk.

As soon as checked in, there was power outage and no generator back up. Had to stay for almost 4 hours without electricity. Breakfast there were 3 basic options and no kitchen. It was bought from nearby petty shop and given in a plastic carry bag.
