Clean, good instructions, reactive host, a lot of locks.

The neighourhood is creepy. Everything went ok but must be careful to take a taxi during the night and do not take the bus with all your luggage, I did that, and it feels really unsecure because there are some drugged people in the hood and some people just hanging around at working hours which is not very reassuring... Also if you rented a car you may reconsider this place because letting your car outside may be risky. But if you use taxis it is perfectly fine, is not thaaaat bad either.

In terms of accesibility, it’s 10mins to the airport via Uber/Lyft. It’s also near to a bus stop going to Newark Penn Station which is pretty convenient. It’s also easy to checkin based on the instructions sent via message. It’s all self check-in so it’s good.

When I got into the room, I need to check where to plug in the airconditioner so I had to check the electric socket. When I checked under the bed, there was a extension cord but discovered some trash under the bed. There were also some little trash inside the closet.
