"Access is a nightmare but not shared before booking."

I did not stay

It was in a pedestrian precinct 250m from the nearest access. I was on a motorcycle and could leave my kit unattended and would have had to make three trips. The apartment should make the access issue clear. I contacted them immediately on arrival but they didn’t help and have refused a refund. From time of booking to cancellation was under an hour! I booked another place on booking.com, but they are not taking ownership either.very disappointing given I book 30 properties a year.
