Quiet oasis close to the ocean. Perfect for anyone wanting to explore local villages and hike. Enjoyed the wood burning fireplace as we settled in at night. Contact with our hostess, Linda, was easy and prompt! Linda even did our laundry for us because the washing machine was broken.

Very clean! Large appartment with stunning views. Overall a really great place to stay, also because it is in the middle of the island. Would recomment renting a car. Linda the host was really sweet!

The house is actually attached to another one, with thin walls, so you end up hearing everything. The terrace is also shared so you might end up having people chatting late in the evening or early, in front of your bedroom. It's a great remote place but if you end up having neighbours, you won't have the quietness that you expect to find there.

We liked that the place was absolutely quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was fully equipped, we had everything we needed. Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable (toilet and shower are in each bedroom). There were 7 of us and we had more than enough space for everyone. The staff was very nice. We enjoyed our staying so much. There are 3 parking spaces outside the house, we had two cars so there was enough space. If you are looking for a quiet place where you can listen to the birds and watch the stars, this house is perfect for you.

The designated area for parking was full even though the hosts knew we were coming by car and indicated that reservation was not needed. We could not reach the hosts for instructions. For the cleanliness of the kitchen it would be better if it was equipped with a dishwasher.

It was an amazing stay in the house. We had everything we needed to get the best of vacationing on Madeira. There is a parking lot for 2 cars on the territory of houses. A kitchen has all the kitchenware to prepare meals. In addition, there's a fireplace in the living room to chill after an active day. You can have your meal on the terrace contemplating the "green" view of the Sao Vicente neighborhoods. PS: we got a flat tyre and an employee that was engaged in construction activities helped us with pumping up to be able to drive to the closest service station. Not having asked him that It was really nice of him to give us a hand.
