ניקיון מושלם. דירה יפה ומרווחת עם מרפסת גדולה ומרוהטת יפה מאד. מיטה נוחה. בסלון, ספה נפתחת למיטה, נוחה מאד לשינה. מיקום לא במרכז, אבל במרחק הליכה המטרו. לנו זה היה בסדר גמור. בנוסף, במרחק הליכה יש מרכז קניות גדול מאד. הכניסה ליחידה באופן עצמאי בעזרת קודים, כולל מקום חניה בחניון תת קרקעי מתחת לבניין. עם מעלית המקשרת מהחניון ישירות לקומה המתאימה. את כל הנתונים קיבלנו אלינו למייל והצלחנו לתפעל את כל ההוראות. היחידה מחוממת ע"י מזגן אחד בסלון, הרדיאטורים לא פעלו ולא ידענו איך להפעיל אותם. המקלחת יפה, נקיה ומצויידת גם בשמפו, סבון וכד'. המטבח יפה ומצוייד (לא מושלם), פרט לנקודות שציינו בחסרונות.

1. במטבח חסר קומקום חשמלי. למרות שהיתה מכונת קפה מצויינת, בעצם אי אפשר היה להכין תה למשל, או כל משקה אחר פרט לקפה מהמכונה. 2. אין טוסטר, שלנו זה היה מאד חסר. 3. יש כיריים אינדוקציה, אבל כלי הבישול לא התאימו לאינדוקציה, אז בעצם אי אפשר היה להשתמש בכיריים. 4. הקוד להתחברות לוואיפי, היה רשום בכתב יד ומאד לא ברור, צריך היה לנחש מה כתוב שם. בסופו של דבר הצלחנו להתחבר רק לאחר שמצאנו את הראוטר שעליו מודפס הקוד באופן ברור.
