The apartment seemed to be brand new (along with all of the amenities and appliances). Very clean, spacious and modern. Self check-in was very smooth (host provided detailed instructions) and so was parking in the underground garage (there is a dedicated spot). Comfy bed, large balcony. Very close to supermarket area (5-10min walking distance).

Apartment was perfect an well equipped. It was clean and very good. Is located very closed to Military Mall. We spent here only 1 night by the way to home from the sea vacation but it was enough to love this place. We will be glad to stay here again in the future.

This is our second stay here, it is really nice. The hostess left us a bottle of wine and chocolates. We had a wonderful stay.

Location, underground parking facility, large comfortable bed, amenities, kitchen, spotless clean inside the house.

Everything is exactly as described, very clean, well decorated, we met the host and she is very nice and polite. We are coming back in 10 days to finish our tip and couldn't be more pleased to have chosen this place.

The location was good. Easy access to the Metro and a convenience store and restaurants located on the main floor of the building with multiple larger grocery stores close by. Underground parking was included and very nice to have as well! The bed was fairly comfortable and there were smart tvs in both the bedroom and living room. The host was very communicative and responded immediately to questions.

It was quite dirty. There was no dish soap or towels in the kitchen and the dishes from previous guests had been put away dirty. There was coffee rings in the cups and lips on the glasses. The plates were still wet and had been put away stacked ontop of each other with liquid in between. There was only one frying pan in the kitchen and it had old food crusted in it. It would have been nice if the kitchen had a few more basic items in it (like more than one pan, or maybe a kettle). The comforter on the bed had 2 large yellow stains on it that looked like urine.

The apartament is located near Militari Shopping Center. You have to walk 15min to the metro station. The big plus of the apartment is the parking lot.

We stayed two weeks in the apartment booked them separately. When we arrived the cleaning was poor but after a message changes the cleaning issue was solved.
