Kaila Beach Hotel - All Inclusive

It was clean and pleasant but a bit basic for a 5* hotel. I liked the location, easy access to the beach, well designed layout. The staff were friendly. I only stayed there two nights but slept there well. The food was nice.

Im my opinion it doesn’t meet the standards of a 5* hotel. To start with, you have to pay 2 euros a day for a if you want to put your valuable belongings in a safe in your room…this is free of charge in most hotels, especially 5* hotels. The alcohol wasn’t good and was not served at the beach. At the beach there was only washed out beer and soft fizzy drinks. There is a bar at the beach that does not belong to the hotel so theoretically you could buy yourself a nice drink…but that’s not the point of being at all inclusive holidays. That was disappointing. I don’t drink alcohol myself but my partner does and since this short break was my treat, I felt obliged to buy a drink for my partner. There was no soap in a bathroom to wash my hands with, there were other toiletries ie shower gel. This was not a show stopper but c’mon, this is a 5* hotel!

Eigener Strand Zugang innerhalb des Hotel Bereiches. Super Sauber. Extrem freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal in allen Bereichen. Tolle Lage und nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Das Buffet sowie auch das a la Cart Restaurant waren wirklich toll und lecker.

Das einzige was mir etwas weniger gefallen hat ist der Strand Abschnitt ansich. Wobei da das Hotel selbstverständlich keinerlei Schild trägt und es ist lediglich mein persönlicher Geschmack.

I was surprised with the size of our room, we had the two joining room and surprisingly it was a very good size. The staff were very friendly. They had a late night snack at 11.30 pm which was helpful as we arrived after dinner but were able to eat something at the late snack. The location was great with easy access to the beach via the road or a hotel tunnel. Enjoyed it.

Would have liked some water bottles or snacks in the room on arrival for those that arrive late and can't get food like us. The food selection was good but a little more variety and more choices would have been better.

В нас був ранній приліт, але при заїзді вже номери були готові та нам не прийшлось очікувати. Нам запропонували за невелику доплату чудовий номер із прямим видом на море, і цей вид був дивовижним! В готелі чудовий SPA комплекс та неймовірний массаж!
