Pool and bars location is good and convenient

Room curtains don’t block the sun fully it is very bright in the early morning. Ac needs maintenance. Shower drain is clogged so there was bad smell coming from bathroom .

Het is een hele schone hotel personeel is heel erg vriendelijk.

Ondanks dat ze regels hebben over geen handdoeken bij het strand en zelfs een boete van €10. Doet personeel er niks aan je hebt geen plek om naast het zwembad te liggen. Tevens was het eten ook niet erg lekker alles smaakte hetzelfde helaas

Absolutely nothing

I will list them here: 1) Room is old and furniture is very tired and used up 2) Room has mildew and humidity smell which affected our breathing 3) Housekeeping not cleaning well. Our towels were changed over 3 days with others that were smelling disgusting 4) Beach is limited to a small area of sand between rocks which makes it dangerous and very congested 5) Beach and water was dirty. 6) restaurants are too crowded as everyone in the hotel has to have lunch in a window of 2 hours only. 7) Around the end of the food time, most of the dishes in the buffet would be emptied and not renewed. 8) swimming pools reek of chlorine smell and Beach beds are few and always busy. 9) Garbage found tossed around the pools and the snack bar with no one to clean it up while we were there for at least 30 minutes 10) Most important…. Management couldn’t care less about our concerns. We complained from the first day of our arrival and had NOTHING done to solve the issues except offering us free food at the “a la carte” restaurant which I did not agree to take. Managers of this place should be trained to respect their guests and offer some sort of compensation that makes sense. It was obvious for me that they could not care less about their visitors and they only are interested in making sure that they keep the LIE of this place being a “5 star” and “Beach” hotel going for as long as they can. In my opinion, this place should be rated a maximum of 3 stars on Booking.com and a clearer explanation of what exactly you are getting when booking this place is needed. 50% of the blame for my above comments is on Booking.com as they should have been more vigilant about the property status and offering. They should have never given 5 stars to this property which makes it at par with other incredible properties in the area on Booking.com

Where do I start? First, the rooms need renovation asap, the toilets are falling apart, door knobs, shower etc.everything is in disasterous condition
